1. Return Policy Overview

All products at MJF CONSTRUCTION LTD are single-use items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

  1. Acceptable Return Circumstances

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following situations:

Product damaged during shipping

Received goods with manufacturing defects

Received incorrect goods (not matching the order)

  1. Return Request Deadline

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to submit a return or refund request. Requests submitted after this period may not be processed.

Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

Wait for review and confirmation.

Return the item as instructed.

Refunds will be processed after return confirmation.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
